• There will be variances in size and color of each tile. It is inherant in the handmade process and adds to their charm.
  
  
• Maverick Fountains is not responsible for the quantity of tiles you order. Please check with your installer before placing your order.
  
  
• Maverick Fountains is not responsible for the installation of your Ernest Batchelder Fountain Kit or Fountain Bowl as Maverick Fountains has no control over the installation or secondary materials used. Maverick Fountains recommends that contractors READ the blueprints and installation information carefully and do a dry tile layout to familiarize themselves with the tiles.
  
  
• Please inspect your order before it is installed. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• There are No Returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  
  
• A 50% deposit is required on all Tile and Fountain Kit orders. The balance due must be paid prior to shipping your order.
